Langley Oaks

Langley Oaks accommodates up to 40 older people, with 36 currently using the service. The home specialises in supporting people living with dementia and provides personal and nursing care. While another service provider manages the premises, equipment, cleaning, laundry and catering, Care UK Community Partnerships Ltd retains overall responsibility for ensuring legal requirements are met.

Staff demonstrate strong safeguarding practices, with clear knowledge of protecting people from abuse or harm and prompt reporting of concerns. Risks to people's health, safety and wellbeing are regularly assessed and reviewed, with staff following appropriate guidance to minimise these risks. Senior staff routinely analyse accidents and incidents to identify patterns of behaviour or poor working practices that may contribute to these events, enabling continuous improvement in care delivery.
